Linking A.R.M.S.
Assistance and Resources Made Simple
A program for medically underserved women made possible through a partnership between CancerCare and the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.

Provides financial assistance, education and support services to low-income, under- or uninsured women across the county who qualify. Patients can access the Linking A.R.M.S. program by calling the Komen Foundation's National, Toll-Free Breast Care Helpline at 1-800-I'm Aware (1-800-462-9273).

Pharmaceutical Co-Pay Assistance
PAF Co-Pay Relief Program
The PAF Co-Pay Relief Program (CPR) currently provides financial assistance to eligible patients who are being treated for breast, lung, kidney, colon and/or prostate cancers, sarcoma, lymphoma, macular degeneration, diabetes, autoimmune disorders and secondary issues as a result of chemotherapy treatment.
Susan G. Komen for the Cure has provided Patient Advocate Foundation (PAF) with additional funding to provide co-payment assistance for qualified patients with breast cancer for pharmaceutical co-payments incurred by insured patients, including new Medicare Part D beneficiaries diagnosed with breast cancer.
Patients must financially and medically qualify to access co-payment assistance.

How to request financial assistance
Patients and physicians can contact the PAF Co-Pay Relief Program toll-free at
1-866-512-3861 to initiate a request for assistance. Patients who contact PAF Co-Pay Relief Program for assistance work directly with a call counselor throughout the application process. The patient completes an application on the phone with a call counselor .The completed application is then sent to the caller/applicant for review and signature. The PAF CPR call counselor works directly with the patient as well as the provider of care to obtain necessary medical, insurance and income certification in an expeditious manner.
