To be eligible to apply for a Komen Community-Based Grant, your organization must be:

To meet this promise, we rely on the information obtained through the creation of an in-depth 2015 Komen Central Valley COMMUNITY PROFILE to guide everything from education and outreach to grant making, strategic planning and public policy. Since the inception of the Central Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure®, we’ve provided more than $3.4 million in funds to local organizations who provide uninsured or underinsured residents of Fresno County  education, screening, diagnostics, treatment and services.  Our goal is to achieve equal care and access to excellent breast health care for all residents of Fresno County.
